Classical Pilates? Contemporary Pilates? Barre? Where do I start???



So often on social media, we see many different types of workouts- and we see even more fitness influencers or teachers talking down about those who do not teach the same as they do.


So what do we do?


It's simple: whatever works for you!


There is absolutely no one-size fits all in fitness. Anyone who says differently has no scientific proof that their way is the ONLY way for EVERY person. I wish it was that simple! If it were, getting into shape and getting healthy would be so easy! 


That being said, every body can benefit from Pilates. The reason I teach so heavily on Pilates is because of how simply wonderful it is for your body. It helps create strength and flexibility, it rehabilitates injury, it aligns your mind, body, and muscles... heck, it even helps improve your golf swing! 


If you feel lost looking at all of the different fitness avenues you could take- you're definitely not alone.


My advice? Give Pilates a try, and go from there!
